Inside Altos Tequila's Secret Bodega Speakeasy in Nashville
In what was, by far, one of the most detailed and unique brand activations I've seen to date, Altos Tequila recently unveiled a two-day pop-up corner store in Nashville.
At first glance, it (almost) looked like any other corner store.
Entering your name into an iPad hidden inside an old ATM gave the security guards outside the go ahead to let you inside.
If it weren't for the bumping music nearby and the delicious Altos Tequila slushie guests received immediately upon walking through the front door, you'd be forgiven for thinking you were in an actual corner store.
If you looked a little closer, you'd see that nearly every product in-store was a clever Altos-styled version of products you'd find on the shelves.
The attention to detail on everything in-store was amazing.
Before entering the main event, guests were treated to absolutely delicious tequila + coffee shots.
The real party was through this door.
Once inside, a combination of lounge and party areas transported guests into another world.
Tequila was, of course, plentiful.
Altos tapped some of Nashville's best mixologists to execute its menu.
Even their glassware selections eschewed the obvious in favor of the unexpected.
The photo booth, too, was one-of-a-kind.
Hats off to Altos Tequila for creating this spectacular event. The next one is in Brooklyn and it's definitely worth searching for.
